Sometimes it takes over a year of planning before an idea really becomes something. Something that doesn’t feel like a quickly cobbled-together practice, but like a place that was thought of properly from the outset. This is exactly what the COPA team in Haar has achieved – and on May 11, the time has come.
In a nutshell: COPA is opening its new physiotherapy practice at Leibstraße 51 in Haar near Munich on May 11, 2025. A place for therapy, training and exercise is being created on almost 400 m² – with a team that thinks physiotherapy actively, individually and sustainably.

A new location in the Munich area and a clear attitude behind it
Haar is located just outside Munich. Short distances, good connections and still enough space for what COPA is all about: spacious training areas, clear structures and real support instead of just treating symptoms.
Deliberately outside the city center – for more space, more training, more humanity. Anyone who has ever waited in a small city practice where the next patient is already knocking at the door will understand why this makes a difference.
What you can expect in the new practice
Behind COPA are Andreas, Jonas and Bernd – three therapists who had had enough of traditional physiotherapy practices where neither patients nor therapists really get anywhere. Their conviction: Good therapy only happens where there are good working conditions.
That sounds simple. But it rarely is in practice.
With COPA Haar, they are bringing their concept to the greater Munich area for the first time – with the clear aim of being not just any practice, but one that people want to come back to. As a patient. And as a therapist.
Physiotherapy in Munich: What makes COPA different
There are many physiotherapy practices in Munich and the surrounding area. So what makes the difference?
- Active instead of passive therapy: COPA is not just about positioning and treatment, you are actively involved. This makes progress visible and sustainable.
- Educational approach: You are told why something hurts and what helps and not just what is done. Knowledge creates trust, and trust is the basis of good therapy.
- Clear patient journey: From initial diagnosis to independent movement, there is a structured path. You always know where you stand and where you are going.
