Reception / Practice organization
You are the first face of COPA and the last one our patients forget.
The reception desk at COPA is not just a transitory post. You are the linchpin of the practice: you keep things running smoothly, greet people at a time when they often need help and make sure that everything is in place in the background.
Your tasks
- Reception and care of our patients – you are the first person they see
- Organization of the front desk and coordination of appointments
- Communication with patients and colleagues by telephone and e-mail
- Management of requests and documentation
- Support with administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Friendly, open demeanor, you like people and it shows
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Confident with MS Office, experience with Theorg is a bonus
